Administrative Services
The clerical staff is the first contact that our customers
have with the police department. Employees handle all incoming
non-emergency phone calls. The clerical staff provides counter
assistance, which includes requests for copies of accident and
incident reports, providing local records checks on residents,
handling all purchase permits and safety inspections,
assistance with street locations and other various requests
for services.
We have provided assistance to the new units, Community
Resource and Youth Services with many clerical tasks,
including the work involved with the open house and community
events.
In conclusion, the clerical staff frequently goes above and
beyond their job duties to ensure the public has received the
service they desire. Our services have become very customer
friendly and we will continue to monitor our service levels.
We look forward to utilizing the new computer system in
assisting the citizens of Plymouth Township and the Department
with many of the new projects that have recently been
implemented and those that are scheduled for 2007.
