Downtown Development Authority Board Minutes
March 11, 2002
Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

Elaine Hovey in at 4:15 p.m.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT:
Al McFadyen, McKenna Associates
James Anulewicz , Director of Public Services
Timothy Cronin, Township Attorney
Alice Geletzke, Recording Secretary
Moved by Mr. Cook, seconded by Mr. Kolb, to approve the minutes of the
meeting of the Downtown Development Authority held Monday, March 4, 2002, as
presented. Ayes all, with Mrs. Karell and Mr. Bohlander abstaining.
Old Business
TIF and Development Plan
The sheets regarding Debt Supported by Anticipated Tax Capture, which had
been prepared by Plante and Moran, were presented by Mr. McFadyen and discussed
by the Authority and corrections to the map were requested.
Moved by Mr. Grutza, seconded by Ms. Hovey to grant tentative approval to the
TIF and Development Plan. Ayes all.
New Business – There was none.
Public Comment – There was none.
Moved by Mr. Cook, seconded by Mr. Bohlander, to adjourn the meeting at 4:50
p.m.
