Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

Moved by Ms. Karell, seconded by Ms. Hovey, to approve the minutes of the meeting of the Downtown Development Authority held Monday, April 15, 2002, as presented. 

Ayes all.


I. Old Business
     TIF and Development Plan

Mr. McFadyen explained the Board of Trustees' comments regarding the plan.

Mr. McFadyen noted that on Page 5, Item 2 (B), the verbiage regarding Marguerite Street residential is deleted and the parcel numbers have been corrected for the southwest corner of Sheldon and Ann Arbor Roads.

Moved by Mr. Bohlander, seconded by Ms. Karell to approve the TIF and Development Plan. 

Ayes all.


By Laws

Moved by Mr. Grutza, seconded by Mr. Bohlander to approve the By Laws.

Ayes all.


VI. New Business
     Review prototype Cross Section to be used at Victory Honda

The Cross Section prototype was reviewed, which will be utilized by Victory Honda.


VII. Public Comment
     There was none.

Moved by Ms. Karell, seconded by Mr. Cook, to adjourn the meeting at 5:18 p.m.
