Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

IV. Approval of Minutes –September 13, 2004 (no meeting in
October)
Moved by Mr. Grutza, supported by Mrs. Ludtke, to approve the minutes of the
Regular Meeting of September 13, 2004, as submitted.

VI. New Business.
A. Update on Status of Ann Arbor Road Streetscape Project –
Terry Croad, McKA
Terry Croad of McKenna Associates updated members on the work done thus far such
as progress on installation of the verge areas.
B. Plans for New Township Hall – Steve Mann, Township Supervisor
Supervisor Mann reviewed plans for the new Township Hall with Authority members.
C. 2005 DDA Budget
Moved by Mrs. Ludtke, supported by Mr. Cook:
WHEREAS, the Township Supervisor has presented the Amended 2004 and Recommended
2005 Budgets for the Plymouth Township Downtown Development Authority, and;
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Township DDA members have been advised of the contents of
said budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plymouth Township Downtown Development
Authority Budgets be approved as presented.
