Chairman Reaume called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m.

The members affirmed the present officers, Mike Kolb as Vice-Chairman and
Michelle Ludtke as Secretary.
V. Taking of Chair by New Chairman
Richard Reaume assumed the chairmanship by reason of his office as
Supervisor.
IV. Approval of Minutes – November 8, 2004
Moved by Mrs. Ludtke, supported by Mr. Grutza, to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting of November 8, 2004.
Ayes all.

B. Amendment of DDA Budget for 2004
Treasurer Ron Edwards explained the need for shifting monies from the 2005
budget to the 2004 budget because work has progressed more rapidly than
anticipated, requiring payment in 2004.
Moved by Mr. Nahra, supported by Mr. Grutza, to approve the amended 2004 and
2005 DDA budgets (see attachment).
Ayes all.
C. Approval of Invoices for Streetscape
Mr. Edwards also explained the need for approval by the DDA of invoices paid or
vouchered in 2004. In the future invoices will need to be approved at each
meeting.
Moved by Mrs. Ludtke, supported by Mr. Nahra, to approve DDA expenses paid or
vouchered in 2004 as presented, totaling $631,820.90.

A. Update on Status of Ann Arbor Road Streetscape
Project
– Terry Croad, McKA
Terry Croad updated members on the work completed thus far, and indicated they
hoped to install some of the piers if they get two days of 40 degree weather.
VII. Public Comment – There was none.
Moved by Mrs. Ludtke, supported by Mr. Grutza, to cancel the regular DDA
meeting of January 11, 2005, all members to be notified.

VIII. Adjournment.
Moved by Mr. Grutza, supported by Mr. Nahra, to adjourn the
meeting.
Ayes all.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:02 p.m. The next meeting will be held February
14, 2005, 4 p.m.
