1. Regular Meeting - April 17, 2002
Commissioner Davis moved to accept the minutes as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Arnold and carried unanimously.
2. Work Session - May 1, 2002
Corrections were pointed out for 5(a) which should read "after the Board has approved the OS-ARC District ordinance amendment." 5(c) "the" instead of "they", and in 5(a) "in favor of rezoning."
Moved by Commissioner Davis, seconded by Commissioner Pratt, to approve the minutes as corrected. Carried unanimously.

Mrs. Hodges and Mr. Miner reviewed their reports and recommended Site Plan Approval subject to the conditions listed in their reports being met.
Ken Brandt of Arctic Ponds presented the site plan and answered questions. Using the logo to break up the long expanse of the building was discussed. The addition is to be used for skill building for hockey and figure skating, usually with one student and one instructor. There is also a possibility of holding goalie clinics with two or three students.
Moved by Commissioner Davis, seconded by Commissioner Pratt, to grant tentative and Final Site Plan Approval for Application 1717/0302, Arctic Ponds, subject to all conditions of the McKenna report, the report of the Fire Chief, and the engineering report being met. Carried unanimously.

Leonard Gyselinck of DR Group presented the site plan and answered questions. The building is to house corporate headquarters, engineering and research areas, and warehouse and manufacturing areas for the manufacturer of rubber and fabric components for cars.
Chairman Cebulski requested samples of the siding and brick, and the need for increased landscaping.
Commissioner Davis moved to grant Tentative Site Plan Approval for Application 1720/0402, DR Group. Supported by Commissioner Arnold and carried unanimously.

Commissioner Pratt excluded himself from conversations and voting on this matter.
Mrs. Hodges and Mr. Miner read their reports and addressed the Commission.
Tom Bohlander, Vice-Chairman of the bank, addressed the Commission and introduced Architects and Planners Tom Yaste and Tim Buckley who presented the site plan and a small model of the building.
Commissioner Karell spoke of the need to close Marlowe and Elmhurst streets. Mrs. Barney agreed to look into the matter and update the Commission.
Commissioner Davis moved to grant Tentative Site Plan Approval to Application 1723/0402, New Liberty Bank, subject to approval of the use statement and approval of a variance, if required, from the Zoning Board of Appeals. Supported by Commissioner Arnold and carried unanimously with Commissioner Pratt abstaining.
