The Public Hearing opened at 7:14 pm:
Alvin Gorman, 9460 Sheldon Road: Had general concerns with effect of the new
zoning district on existing businesses in the district.
Four residents did not understand the purpose of the public hearing and were
concerned with rumors of condemnation in the area.
Letter received from David Schaff, 1361 Hartsough, titleholder to 9429 Main St,
in favor of the rezoning.
There being no further comment, the Public Hearing was closed at 7:23 p.m.
It was moved by Commissioner Bridgman and supported by Commissioner Davis to
recommend approval of Rezoning to OS-ARC, Office Service – Ann Arbor Road
Corridor. Motion carried.

sign meeting ARC off-premise directional sign criteria with recorded easement
for all parcels being submitted to the Township prior to issuance of a sign
permit.

The Commission agreed to meet for a Work Session on Wednesday, October 30, 2002,
7 p.m.
