ITEM NO. 7 -- ANN ARBOR ROAD SIGN REQUESTS-NA

ITEM NO. 9 -- COMMUNICATIONS &/OR INFORMATION


1. Letter from Gallagher Fire Equipment regarding Fire Suppression System for Gas Station at 42395 Ann Arbor Road.


The Commission reviewed the letter and the reasons the fire suppression system could not be concealed within the canopy and asked that the Chief Building Official work with the applicant to minimize the appearance of the system and to consider some type of screening, such as lattice, if it could be used without compromising safety issues.

 

ITEM NO. 10 -- BOARD OF TRUSTEES ACTION

1. At the meeting of May 27, 2003, the Board of Trustees approved the
    Planned Unit Development Contract, Final Development Plan, and the
    condominium documents for Application 1767, Plymouth Planned
    Condominium Community, Schafer/Bohlander PUD, subject to the
    Planned Unit Development Contract being signed and forwarded for
    recording, to the nine notations in the McKenna Associates
    memorandum dated May 20, 2003, being made on the plans, to the
    satisfaction of the outstanding items in the May 16, 2003, report of
    Dietrich, Bailey and Associates, and to the notation on the Fire
    Department’s review of the dead end turnaround on Northern and
    Oakview that it must comply with Fire Code Appendix C, Section 103,
    Page 361.


2. At the meeting of May 27, 2003, The Board of Trustees approved
    Application 1777, Rezoning from R-1, Single Family Residential to
    ARC, Ann Arbor Road Corridor.


3. At the meeting of June 10, 2003, The Board of Trustees approved
    Application 1789, Rezoning from R-1-H, Single Family Residential and
    IND, Industrial District to C-2, General Commercial.

Moved by Commissioner Mueller, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to adjourn the meeting.
