1. Regular Meeting – October 15, 2003
Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Arnold, to approve the
minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 15, 2003, as submitted. Motion carried
unanimously.
2. Work Session – November 5, 2003
Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to approve the
minutes of the Work Session of November 5, 2003, as submitted. Motion carried
unanimously.
ITEM NO. 2 -- APPROVAL OF AGENDA
1. Regular Meeting – November 19, 2003
The agenda was amended by the addition of Application 1817/1103, TVC Haggerty
AA, L.L.C., under Item No. 3—Set Date for Public Hearing; and Application
1809/0903, Text Amendment #102 RV or Camper Parking, under Item No. 5—Old
Business. Application 1776/0103, Marcello Scappaticci, Edinburgh Estates, was
tabled at the request of the applicant. Commissioner Davis then moved to accept
the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of November 19, 2003, as amended, supported
by Commissioner Pratt.
Motion carried unanimously.

Mrs. Barney informed the Commission that the Board of Trustees had remanded Text
Amendment #102 to the Planning Commission for further consideration and
revision. The modifications that had been made to the text were addressed.
Mr. David Mills, 14753 Dogwood Court, addressed the Commission and presented his
views in support of the amended text as a recreational vehicle owner. He felt
the limitation of a maximum of 3 parking occurrences within a 7-day period, not
to exceed 48 hours, would allow sufficient access for loading and unloading in
conjunction with trips.
Moved by Commissioner Pratt, supported by Commissioner Davis, to recommend to
the Board of Trustees the adoption of Text Amendment #102, Recreation Vehicles
or Camper Parking, To Provide for Temporary Parking.
Motion carried unanimously.
