Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 17, 2006, as presented.

Chairman Cebulski indicated the Robert Bosch Corporation requested the removal of Application 1896/0805 from the agenda.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Siedlaczek, to approve the agenda for the regular meeting of June 21, 2006, as amended.

Sally Hodges reviewed the report of McKenna Associates and noted there are several items still in need of resolution. The Fire Department report was received and Stephanie Harbour reviewed the report of Dietrich Bailey Associates.

Bruce Johnson and Rick Dopp addressed the Commission, and presented plans and materials.

The Commission made recommendations regarding providing adequate parking and green spaces for a speculative building and suggested that the applicants meet with Mrs. Hodges to discuss further the items that need resolution.

Moved by Commissioner Pratt, supported by Commissioner Arnold, to table Application 1900/01005, Campbell/Manix, Inc., Schoolcraft Corporate Center, for up to 60 days.

Moved by Commissioner Pratt, supported by Commissioner Arnold, to grant tentative site plan approval for Application 1931/0606, James Capo, for Metro West Executive Auto Wash.

ITEM NO. 7 -- ANN ARBOR ROAD SIGN REQUESTS-N/A

ITEM NO. 9 -- COMMUNICATIONS &/OR INFORMATION

1. Notice of Draft Plan Amendment to A Comprehensive Plan for Washtenaw County,
opportunity to review and comment.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to receive and file the Notice of Draft Plan Amendment to A Comprehensive Plan for Washtenaw County and to direct Community Development to send a letter thanking them for the opportunity to review and comment.

Ayes all.

2. Resolution to Accept Comments from the Planning Advisory Board on the Superior Township Master Plan Amendment and Direct the County Clerk to Send Comments to Superior Township and the Contiguous Local Units of Government

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Arnold, to receive and file the Resolution to Accept Comments from the Planning Advisory Board on the Superior Township Master Plan Amendment and Direct the County Clerk to Send Comments to Superior Township and the Contiguous Local Units of Government.

Ayes all.

ITEM NO. 10 -- BOARD OF TRUSTEES ACTION

1. At the meeting of June 13, 2006, the Board of Trustees approved the Cluster Housing Option for Edinburgh Estates, Application 1921, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their meeting of May 17, 2006.
