Planning Commission Public Hearings


Public Hearings:
Per the requirements of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, P.A. 33 of 2008, as amended and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, as amended, public hearings will be provided to Township property owners. Depending on the application or review type, residents within 300-feet of a site that requires a public hearing will be notified via mail, at least 15 days prior to the public hearing. Additionally, public hearing notices will be published in the newspaper, at least 15 days prior to the public hearing

Public hearing notices will also be posted on the Townships website as they occur.
