Principal Residence Exemption

(Formerly Homestead Exemption)

All residents are reminded to review their tax statements annually as to the Principal Residence Exemption percentage they are receiving.  The percentage you have declared as Principal Residence should read 100% and is located at the top center section of your Tax Statement, titled PRE/MBT%.
