Winter Taxes will be mailed before December 1st.  Winter Taxes are due beginning December 1st and are payable through February 14th without penalty.  If you have a name or address change, please write in changes on the front of the payment copy.  If your taxes are paid by a mortgage company please confirm the mortgage company in the box above Taxpayer's Copy.  If this information is incorrect, please notify your mortgage company immediately. 

7	Code	Description

	Township	This is the base Charter Township of Plymouth Operating Millage.  It is a permanent millage, authorized by  the State Constitution.  It is used to fund General Government operations.
	Police-Fire (1)	This Plymouth Township Police and Fire Millage was approved by the voters in 2015 and expires in 2035. It is used to fund police and fire services.
	Police-Fire (2)	This Plymouth Township Police and Fire Millage  was approved by the voters in 2015 and expires in 2035. It is used to fund police and fire services.
	Police-Fire (3)	This Plymouth Township Police and Fire Millage was approved by the voters in 2018 and expires 2035.  It is used to fund police and fire services.
	Fire	This Plymouth Township Fire Millage was approved by voters in 2020 and expires in 2040. It is used to fund fire services.
	Jail	This Wayne County Jail Millage was approved by the voters in 2031 and expires in 2031.  It is used to fund Jail operations.
	WC Parks	This Wayne County Parks Millage was renewed by the voters in2010 and expires in 2025. It is used to operate, maintain and improve Hines Park, Elizabeth Park, Chandler Park and Fort Wayne Park.
	HCMA	This Huron Clinton Metropolitan Authority Millage was approved by voters in 1940 and is permanent.  It is used to fund operations, maintenance and improvements at the  thirteen (13) Metroparks.
	Library	This Plymouth District Library Millage consists of three permanent millages approved by voters  in 1985, 1987 and 1994.  It is used to fund Operations and Building at the Library.
	WC Drain	Wayne County Drain Assessments.  These are permanent to pay for watershed drains.
	WC Zoo	This Wayne County Zoo Authority Millage was approved by voters in 2017 and expires in 2027.  It is used  to support operations and services for the Detroit Zoo benefiting the residents of the tri-county area.
	WC Art Institute	This Detroit Institute of Arts was approved in 2012 and expires in 2031.  It is used to support the operations of the DIA.
	Wayne County	This millage is comprised of an extra voted upon millage of .9506 and a Veteran's relief millage of .0367.  The "extra voted millage" does require approval periodically, while the veterans relief millage does not.  The extra voted expires in 2029.
